Our Story
With a love of cooking, Jessica Flores has been known to experiment with a recipe or two. Her affection for all-natural ingredients and a touch of “heat” led to the development of our first cooking condiment, Chipotle Lime.Providing our customers with tasty, easy to use all-natural cooking condiments is the reason we produce our products.
Already a favorite with friends and family, Chipotle Lime hit the “Big Apple” when it was selected as the winning grilling recipe on the popular ABC morning show, Live with Regis and Kelly. The win included a trip to New York City to prepare the recipe for a live national television audience. After winning over the hosts and audience, Jessica believed she had a product that could become a commercial success. Thus, CornStar Gourmet was born.
With the success our cooking condiments, Jessica continues her affinity for recipe development and strives to provide customers with outstanding all-natural products.
